Send As Permissions

I checked the permissions tab and the 'guest' user is not
even listed. the 'guest' user is still listed with full
mailbox access on Mailbox Rights button on the Exchange
Advanced tab.

I added Send As access on the Permissions tab (Advanced)
and it did not seem to help. I think we are on the right
track.

I wish I had my old environment to look at.

any other suggestions?
