Hi,

Can you run an NSLookup on your Exchange server and return the MX records
for the domain you are trying to send to?

Also, when you telnet to them on port 25, what do you see? Is it a mail
banner or do you see something like this:

220*******************************************************0*2******0********
***************
 2002*******2***0*00

If you see the above, they have a pix firewall with the fixup mail guard
running. The fixup mailguard does not understand EHLO or Extended SMTP.
Can they disable the fixup and let you test mail to them?

Best Regards,
Beth
