Did you add the Lotus Notes client folder to the PATH statement (usually
C:\Lotus\Notes)? To add this, right-click on My Computer, then select
Properties. Select the Advanced tab, then select the Environment Variables
button. Select the Variable of Path and click Edit. Add the following to the
end of the line:
;c:\lotus\notes
That is assuming that the path to the Notes client is C:\Lotus\Notes. If
different, enter the right path. Please ensure you include the semicolon.
