Could you please help me to resolve the stated issue:

I have pop3 account outside my organization the mail id already configured their and with the help of GIF, I am able to communicate outside and exchange inside.
Also outside I have mail id with mail box and the same configured as pop3.
Right now i need to add that user in my exchange for getting his name in GAL.
When I added his mail id I am getting this error:

"A configuration error in the e-mail system caused the message to bounce between two servers or to be forwarded between two recipients. Contact your administrator."

Please help me.
