I Have exchange server 2007 on windows 2008 O.S.

For this exchnge server i natted with Public IP.

My concern is for remote users i configured as pop3 settings as like pop3 is my public IP and SMTP is my same public IP and in my hardware firewall pop3 and SMTP port are opened.

before going to live i tested with one test account.
By using POP3 setttings with this test account i am able to send mails where as i am not able to receive mails getting error as mentioned below.
You cannot send email using POP3 it is a receive only connection. Send is via
SMTP

error: Task Receiving error 0x800CCC0F The connection to the server was
interrupted.
So you may have a pop3 error try http://support.microsoft.com/kb/813514


Can i anybody have solution for my problem.
