I've been using the code http://blog.downtownsoftwarehouse.com/2006/10/26/using-net-and-webdav-to-access-an-exchange-server/

to write a .NET C# program to login OWA of 2003 and it works fine, however, when I port the program to work on Exchange 2007 OWA, it keeps on returning

The remote server returned an error: (440) Login Timeout. ---> System.Net.WebException: The remote server returned an error: (440) Login Timeout. at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse()

But I checked seems the paramater accept from OWA 2007 are still the same as OWA 2003.

Does anyone know what's the problem?
