delete mailbox of user

Hi friends

Can you help me to solve Following problem.

Problem:
I want to delete mail box of user and want to assign new mail box
through programming.
I don't want to do it using CDO or WMI . Is it possible with MAPI or
ADSI??


At present I am able to assign mail box to user by setting following
attributes.
msExchHomeServerName
mailnickname
mDBUseDefaults
homeMDB

I am also able to detach mail box not setting this attribute.

What i want is to delete mail of user and assign new mail box to it.
