Using .NET to Create an Offline Address Book

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

Can anyone post a working example of creating an offline address book
in Exchange using .NET (C#, NOT VB... or at least help me understand
whats going on if you post in VB). I'm having a horrid time getting
this to work...
