Retrieving StoreID from CDOEX.

Good Afternoon Everyone,
I have a bit of a problem that I hope someone can help me solve. I am
trying to retrieve the StoreID for a newly created item using CDOEX and
store the ID in a db. Currently, I am able to retieve the StoreID by
accessing the "http://schemas.microsoft.com/mapi/proptag/x0FFB0102"
property but it appears to be incomplete. It looks like it is only the
last half of the full StoreID. I have looked on the groups and though
this problem has been mentioned several times, nobody has provided a
solution. Thank you in advance for any help that can be provided.
