2 Virtual Servers CAS

How do I create an additional Exchange Virtual server on an Exchange 2007 Client Access Server? For example, I want two IP addresses and FQDN bound to CAS/IIS such as Webmail.Company.com for OWA and Mobile.company.com for Active Sync?
