Restoring a Cluster to a Standalone Exchange Box

Hello
I need to have a standby Exchange server available at a third location
in case we lose our 2 datacentre locations (They are close to each
other) We are using NSI Double Take between the 2 datacentres at the
moment which provides for failover if one of the datacentres or the SAN
goes down. We have a cluster in one and a single node cluster in the
other and they are linked by fibre
My question is can I simply restore the exchange backup from the
cluster on to the standby server at our third location in the event of
a disaster (double datacentre outage). I would plan to have this server
running in the Exchange org ready to accept the Exchange backup, so it
would be a warm standby server. This would obviously require some
client reconfiguration regarding the profile but is this doable? We
cannot use the double take software to replicate to this third server
because bandwidth is limited
Does this sound feasible?
Thanks
AJ
