Two Exchange 2003 servers and OWA

I have OWA working on my first exchange server with Forms based
authentication. Server has a digital certificate. If Imove a mailbox to the
second server, browser gets a "The page cannot be displayed" message.

Do I need a front end - back end configuration? I'm having trouble finding
documentation for FE BE configuration.

Can both the Front end and backend contain mailboxes?
