You'll need a new connection strategy altogether. Check out the
multiple-forest considerations docs on Microsoft's site as well as the docs
at http://www.microsoft.com/exchange/library

The Microsoft recommended tool is MIIS or possibly the MIIS "lite" version,
IIFP.
