Trying to just use ES to give office manager control over email; want
ES to pull down mail from existing addresses (art@comp.com, barry @comp.com
etc. on the net , these are now going to their own outlook clients on each
person's PC) and store it on the ES such that the manager can see all
emails , and also then pass the mail on to each person's local outlook
client.
I did this years ago under 5.5 but in reading the docs for 2003, I'm lost
1) where do I tell ES to pull mail down from ?
2) how to have ES place mail in local boxes ?
3) some notion of a public folder will be involved for the management
no doubt , but where and how ?
