Get-RoutingGroupConnector | Format-List would tell you a lot more. You don't need to post it here because I wouldn't necessarily be able to determine what's wrong, but maybe you could.

2) i get the following output

so i think connector should have been implemented correct by setup?
001 is the old Exchange 2003 and 101 is the Exchange 2007 Server
