Exchange2003 Virtual Server not starting on EX2K03 Cluster

My Exchange Virtual Server keeps on crashing. The Exchange Virtual Server
service is started and yet everytime I try to bring the Exchange Virtual
Server service online, it fails with Event ID 1069; Cluster resource in
Exchange HTTP Virtual Server Instance 100 in resource group 'Exchange Cluster
Group' failed. Is there anything that I can use to check why this keeps
happening?
