Reverse records would be setup by your ISP in most cases... whoever dropped the internet circuit into your building.

Our company has been using POP e-mail accounts through the company that has been hosting our website which is different from our ISP. This company also hosts our DNS for our domain..
We recently implemeted a SBS w/ Exchange 2003. This company modified the MX record to point to our router. The Exchange Server is setup properly however,
This hosting company did not create a reverse DNS lookup and says they "do not do this."
Now the problem is, when I do a NSLOOKUP and type in our mail server, it comes back with the proper IP address. If I do a NSLOOKUP on the IP address, it resolves to the hostname of our router.
And as you guessed, some of the email we are sending out is returned because it is flagged as spam by the recipient's server.
How can I handle this? Should I find a new company to host our DNS or they just dont knwo what they are doing?
Thanks,
Jeff
