I fixed it!
Honestly im not sure what exactly did it, but i created a new SMTP Virtual
Server, and matched up every setting on my default, then deleted the new one,
and wallah! It worked! Im not sure what did it, but i removed the
certification that i was using, for authentication, i checked anonymous
access, basic authentication, and integrated windows auth, thats it for the
authentication window. For outbound security, the TLS encryption i unchecked,
and in ADvanced Delivery i used the local domain name instead of the websites
domain (which the website is on a different server). These are the defaults,
and it worked! Now its a little less secure, so i can start securing it from
here, and if the email stops working, the 1 step at a time changes will let
me know what did what.
Thank you for the help John! Your introduction of the analyzers helped me
scope the issue down to the SMTP server, and thats how i found the solution.
And to add a plus to that, all the changes also fixed everything else and my
iPhone sync's right up with no problems like it had before! So thanks a
bunch!

Ok, first thing I would do is rerun CEICW as it can fix errors in your
configuration including certficates (IMHO, I would strongly suggest buying a
standard SSL commercial cert from Go Daddy as they are very inexpensive and
less headache in administration with mobile devices). If that does not work,
I would suggest downloading Exchange Best Practice and SBS Best Practice
Analyzer. Run both to see if they find anything. I would then look at your
Event Viewer App log on the Server for any related Errors. Please post back
your findings. You can also post to microsoft.public.windows.server.sbs
group as they are dedicated to SBS questions.
