When you say you have used host files? Does this mean you have added the Exchange server IP address and computer name to the host file on the clients machine?

Hi
We have and Windows 2000 AD on a 2000 domain. We have just installed a Win/ Exchange 2003 member server. Outlook access is good until a mailbox is moved to the new server. We have other sites with Exchange 2003 with no problems.
We have tested DNS , used host files and checked event logs. The new server's performance is ok , access is fast except outlook which has several retry attempts before connecting.
It is a HP Proliant ML370 G5. We have even changed to an Intel network card instead of the onboard Broadcom
Help please
