Hi there.
Has anyone experianced this.
User has never had access through Ouotlook to another specific users
account; however when he goes into OWA and highlisghts a message it shows
in
the lower bar in IE6 http://exchangeservername/exchange/incorrect.name/ as
opssose to the correct username.
If you type in the whole URL with the username it dissapears. This is the
same whether we try internally onto the server or through the web. Outlook
2003 does not display the username.
However occasionally the user does get junk email for the other user.
1. There is no reference in the server showing access or security control
that would indicate the user has any access over the other users maibox.
2. .All cookies and local files have been removed.
Stumped any advice would be welcome.
Cheers
Chris Gould
It's not actually the account name that's used to form the URL, but the
user's SMTP addresses. Have a look at the user's details in Active
Directory Users and Computers, and see if there is an SMTP address where the
first part matches what you see in the URL.
Lee.
