SMTP Problems

Hi, how can I setup Exchange to send all SMTP mails out through my ISP's SMTP server?

Reason is that I'm getting rather a lot of issues arising from the fact I'm using Exchanges' own SMTP server and my host appears to have blacklisted their own dynamic IP range so people can't send out mail from their network. Also some IPS (like AOL) don't like recieving mail from Dynamic IPs.

TIA...

Steve.
