thanks for your answer. I tried to include the name of Exch Server into
lmhosts, but it didn't help. I guess something should be done on our ISA
server firewall.

Hi,
You could try to add the netbios name of the exchange server to your lmhosts
file (it sounds as a name resolution problem).
