Solution: Nokia Mail-4-Exchange "System Error, Please Try Again...

Hi Folks,

We ran into some serious errors in our enterprise, VP users the sync there
mailbox using Mail-4-Exchange (Nokia Phone) getting an error message on the
phone "System Error, Please Try Again..."
When you configure the same user on the PocketPC Device the sync complete
OK, we double cross the GSM Line - didn't help, we try light user on the
device and the Sync finished OK, that we the strang....

We looked on the ISA Server and found out the Mail-4-Exchange try to sync
all the folder hierarhy (FolderSync) there we saw "Failed Connection Attempt"

On the nokia phone we open the logfile for the M2E using the PC Suite .. the
log files is under the phone memory->MailForExchange
in the admin log file we saw "Body Fetch Message Too Large"

Two Solutions:
A. make sure the connection point you working with is without proxy!.
B. if the customer has Total of FOLDERS & SubFolders more then 999 the M4E
doesn't support this mailbox!!!!!!, you can check how many folders the user
have with accessing (open as web Folder)

all the folders exist under this folder.
