Check for problems with file server access on the PC

yah, all things I've already covered.

In my research I've found RPC issues come up frequently as it's a big
part of the connectivity between outlook and exchange. Do you have any
troubleshooting/testing tips in that area that you can offer? Thanks.

RPCPing comes to mind - have you tried it?
