I'll be honest, I always prefer to pay for a cert from a Trusted Root
Authority (Thawte, Verisign etc). The process is just as easy.
It depends if you want to pay the premium for this. The benefits are if OWA
is externally accessible you don't have to install the root cert to all
client machines.
