From the Internet access their mailbox on the exchange server. They
are using their Treo phone to access their mailboxes via POP3 on the
original server. But when we installed a second exchange server local
to their location and moved the mailbox local, they could no long
POP3 to their mailboxes.

Then it sounds like you'll need to change your firewall rules, because the
users need to go to their actual Exchange server for this.

That said, I still don't recommend POP. Since you're using Exchange 2003, if
these Treos are running Windows Mobile, set them up to use wireless
Activesync. If PalmOS, look at RoadSync from www.dataviz.com.

I don't enable POP/open it up at all....IMAP is slightly better, but is
still not the way to go when there are better options.

Users ca.t access mailbox via POP3. Moved mailboxes back to original
server able to POP3 just fine. What do I need to setup to allow
users to POP3 to their mailboxes on the second server. Exchange
2003 sp2 behind sonicwall firewall. Firewall POP3 ports open to
original server.

So users in your "second location" can't connect over their LAN to
their local Exchange server? Or is this from the Internet? It would
help us to help you if you provided more detail.

Why are you using POP for your users, just out of curiosity?
Exchange is way overkill for a POP server.
