How do I install an SSL certificate into exchange? I want to allow

You don't install it in Exchange, you install it in Windows/IIS. What sort of
outside access are you talking about, and did you buy a third party SSL
cert?

Pls mention your version & SP level of Exchange & Windows when you post in
here, as so many things vary by version.
