How do you turn up logging within Outlook?

Turn up diagnostic logging for MSExchangeSA\OAL Generator and rebuild the
offline address list. Make sure there are no errors, then turn up logging
with in outlook and try to download the oab.

Hi,

There is no Exchange server in the new domain. They're using their
accounts to access mailboxes in another domain. They've just been granted
access to their mailboxes from the other domain.

If you migrated to the new domain you need to be building an Offline
Address
Book their and then you need to make sure that the particular OAB is
stamped
on the properties of the new store. The users will only be able to
download
the OAB for the domain that their profile is in, and if you try to switch
back this can cause a new full download because the guids dont match.

My suggestion is to turn up MSExchangeSA\OAL Generator on the new
generation
server and see if the OAB is even being generated.

Hi,

I am having a problem with the following scenerio...
I recently migrated one of our offices from an NT domain to become a
child domain in our forest.
The users are now logging into the new child domain, and logging
into
Outlook; they used to be prompted to log into the domain where the
Exchange
server resides, before the migration.
Now the Outlook 2003 clients are getting sych errors, and it will
not
download the Offline Address Book.
Is there a way to fix this, so they can download the offline address
book from the other domain?

Thanks in advance,

Tom
