Hi,
In order to cross authenticate you must create trusts between the forests.
You can use IIPF to perform galsync - see (from Outlook)

My current workplace is also in the same scenario.
Company 1 (my company):
- Active Directory 2003 running on Windows 2000 Native
- Exchange 2003 running on Exchange 2000 Native
- Single forest, single domain
Company 2 (acquired company)
- Active Directory 2000 running on Windows 2000 Native mode
- Exchange 2000 running on Exchange 2000 Native Mode.
- Single forest, single domain
We would like to be able to cross authenticate betwen the two forest and
be able to see each others address books.
The two companies now are connected using IPSec tunnel through internet
and can see each other's servers.
anybody has done this scenario before would appreciate to get some kind of
details.
Thank you in advance.

We have been recently acquired and need to merge our Exchange Server with
their Exchange environment. Can any lead me to any good articles on how
to
accomplish this. We have sort of a complex Exchange environment with
Unity
Mail, Blackberry servers and applications pointing to our Exchange
Server. I
just need to find the best way to merge our environments.
