Hi all,

I have searched before posting but cannot find anything to help. I am
recieving the below message when trying to send an email to certain email
address. I have SBS 2003 and exchange 2003 running on the same box one
network card this server accepts mail ony for internal users only and
passes
it to ISA 2000 which routes the email to the internet. The ISA server has
two
network cards. This has been working like this for some time now only
recently has this issue arose.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: From Kieran Loughran DFI: Publication of General Scheme for
the Charities Regulation Bill
Sent: 09/03/2006 15:24

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

SPINAL INJURIES IRELAND on 09/03/2006 15:25
You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.
<dfisbs-pdc03.DFISBS03PDC.local #5.7.1 smtp;550 5.7.1 Unable to
relay for info@xxxxxxxxxx>

Also this appears in the application log of the SBS 2003 server;

Event Type: Error
Event Source: MSExchangeTransport
Event Category: SMTP Protocol
Event ID: 7004
Date: 3/10/2006
Time: 3:42:15 PM
User: N/A
Computer: DFISBS-PDC03
Description:
This is an SMTP protocol error log for virtual server ID 1, connection #1.
The remote host "62.231.41.43", responded to the SMTP command "rcpt" with
"550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for info@xxxxxxxxxx ". The full command sent
was
"RCPT TO:<info@xxxxxxxxxx> ". This will probably cause the connection to
fail.

NB: I have symantec mail secuiryt for exchange installed on the SBS 2003
server.

Some please help.

I'm presuming you aren't having problems sending to other recipients, right?

1. Try sending a message to this address on siairl.org from another account,
such as Yahoo/Hotmail/Gmail
2. Contact the people who run the recipient's server

I do notice a few DNS errors for this domain on www.dnsreport.com but they
may not be relevant.
