RPC over HTTPS

I am looking for a document to explain the steps required to install RPC
over HTTP in a single server environment. My server is Windows 2003 Server
SP1 with Exchange 2003 SP2. I have followed
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=833401 and the setup does not work. I
receive a logon dialog box from Outlook and no matter what login information
I etner, it is not accepted. I have searched the Internet and found many
documents, some Microsoft some not and all have different procedures for
setting these up. I have the 70-284 Exchange MCSE study guide from
Microsoft and it gives a different setup and port numbers from the
documentation on their website. Please can someone help?
