RPC OVER HTTPS

I have been trying to setup rpc over https for sometime without success.

I have exchange 2003 service pack 2and outlook 2003

Iam able to access the exchange server via OWA fine with no problems.
I have installed the security certificate on my local machine and have added
the site to be trusted.

When I run outlook /rpcdiag I get the following

Servername Type Directory Status connecting
Servername Type Mail Status Connecting

I have ensured that the correct ports are open on the firewall and believe I
have setup rpc correctly.

Can anyone offer any further advice?

Thank you
