On the Exchange server 5.5 when I look at Protocols, IMAP4 Mail settings and
i look at Authentication I get the first 4 checked (Basic, Basic with SSL,
Windows NT Challenge/Response, Windows NT Challenge/Response using SSL). MCIS
membership System and MCIS Membership System using SSL are not checked.

I can set permissions for IMAP on the server, but also on the client
mailbox, although these are not the same.
