Re: Connection Exchange 2003 and Exchange 5.5 in different sites

Hi Mitch,

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, the servers are in different Exchange organisations.
I'll look into MIIS (Microsoft Identity Integration Server).
Thanks

It sounds as if the exchange 5.5 may be another organization? Because if it is in the same exchange organization and you have ADC setup correctly then you should have a GAL for both Exchange servers

If it is a seperate exchange organization in a seperate forest then MIIS Add on for 2003 enterprise will help you do a Gal Sync

Hi,

We're running Exchange 2003 Sp1 and would like to connect to another company(site) which is running Exchange 5.5.

Is it possible to connect the two sites so that the address books on both sites can be made available to all users in both sites? (hope that makes sense :)
If so, how?

If not, is there a way to create an address list in both Exchange 5.5 and 2003 that can use an external LDAP server?

Thanks
