If it is a seperate exchange organization in a seperate forest then MIIS Add on for 2003 enterprise will help you do a Gal Sync

Hi,
We're running Exchange 2003 Sp1 and would like to connect to another company(site) which is running Exchange 5.5.
Is it possible to connect the two sites so that the address books on both sites can be made available to all users in both sites? (hope that makes sense :)
If so, how?
If not, is there a way to create an address list in both Exchange 5.5 and 2003 that can use an external LDAP server?
