It sounds as if the exchange 5.5 may be another organization? Because if it
is in the same exchange organization and you have ADC setup correctly then
you should have a GAL for both Exchange servers
If it is a seperate exchange organization in a seperate forest then MIIS Add
on for 2003 enterprise will help you do a Gal Sync
