I need to track specific messages coming to inbox of my Exchange Server

Following is the scenario.
Mails reach to the inbox of the exchange server and from their
Transform Response picks up messages and puts into the database.
I need to log the information about message before its picked up by
Transform Response.
Can anyone tell me how can Code so that information about the incoming
mails is logged before it is picked up by Transform Response.
I do not need to log all the messages I have to log messages which are
coming from specific mail id.
Is there any way to get the Outlook State Answered? ... i'm now developing on an onTimer Eventsink which check the Inbox for ... "Not Answered" Mails on an Exchange Server 2003. ... How will i get the status of the mails in der Inbox?... (microsoft.public.exchange.development)
Re: inbox -> deleted ithems ...exchange server 2003. ... Now his inbox has a different name (he change ... it) and is place under deleted items.... All his new mails are delivered ... (microsoft.public.outlook.installation)
Re: New users cannot receive outside mail ... Second, on the Exchange server, please go to the "Recipient Update Service"... Please check if the mails has arrived at your SBS server end. ...
