Re: Can't receive mail due to Incomplete SMTP session

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry



Check the SMTP protocol logs to figure out why SMTP session is being
terminated.
If required, bump up Diagnostics Logging for the server (Server | Properties
| Diagnostics Logging) to med/max for transport | smtp. (this logs in the
application event log, as opposed to SMTP protocol logging which logs to a
text file, find path in SMTP VS properties)
