Hi Thanks for the reply. I'll give a picture about the office current
structure. This is a company which have nearly 200 branch office all around
the country. All the mails are handle by ISP. Head office come with a SBS
server so they can retrieve their staff's mail from the ISP and then
distribute to their client's machines. So exchange sever in the head office
is just retrieving the mails from the ISP only. Their other requirement is
to maintain a address book where it contains all the branch offices users
e-mail addresses so it'll be easy for them. But the problem is when they
tried to send the mails to that branch office members it's getting an NDR
message. So I want a solution to overcome that situation and still enable
headoffice staff to send mails to branch office members using the central
addressbook in the exchange server.
I didn't clearly understand the Mail-Enabled contacts you've mention. Is
that means I've to crate those users in the server?
Thank you.
