Bounce from one domain only with #5.1.1 error code

Tech-Archive recommends: Fix windows errors by optimizing your registry

I recently rebuilt my SBS 2003 server. Since then I get a bounce back from
one domain only - speakeasy.net - for all recipients at that location.

Additional facts:
Speakeasy.net is my ISP. They also host my DNS for 3 domains, lets call
them x.com, y.com and z.com / the host my email for x.com / I use exchange
for y.com and z.com with MX records pointing to my server.

Here is a typical bounce message:

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: TEST
Sent: 8/11/2005 11:32 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx on 8/11/2005 11:32 AM
The e-mail account does not exist at the organization this
message was sent to. Check the e-mail address, or contact the recipient
directly to find out the correct address.
<rsetechserv01.RSETech.local #5.1.1>

rsetechserv01 is my server. RSETech is my local domain.

The internet header of the bounceback appears to show that the message never
gets to the recipients server:

It doesn't matter what user is logged in on the domain - still get bounce
back.

Any idea where to look for a solution?
