Telnet into one of their mx records and you will find the problem. See the
MSKB article on how to. You will likely find as Asher described that you
NEED a PTR (revserse DNS lookup) for this. Ask your ISP to set one up. Also,
as others have mentioned, you may well be blacklisted. Getting off this frm
aol is a real pain, but possible if persistent.
