Unable to recieve email from an IP/Domain

I've got a front end SMTP server which is running exchange 2000 enterprise.
The server is working fine for emails.

However, one of our clients is unable to send us emails. I see their server
connect to our SMTP server and attempts to deliver the email. But then it
times out. The time out error has the server name and error code of TIMEOUT -
121 in the SMTP log file.

Here is sample from logfile

2005-07-20 07:01:53 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx domain.com SMTP2 TIMEOUT 121 - -
2005-07-20 07:01:53 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx domain.com SMTP2 QUIT 240 - -

This message is displayed after 10 minutes from original RCPT. 10 minutes is
the timeout setting in the SMTP virtual server.

The problem is only with this domain and i've combed the log files for any
others but i've only come across this one.

Any help will be appriciated.
