Verify that the respective servers have the "inheritable permissions"
checked off on the stores of the users, on the security tab of the
properties page of both servers stores.
In essence, verify that serverA and ServerB have the inheritable
permissions on their stores, explicitly or through the membership of the
Exchange Domain Servers group.
