My understanding is that the SBS SMTP connector is really part of the same
package as the POP connector.

Are you seeing any messages in event viewer?

Also, stupid question I know, but have you confirmed that you can send mail
on that server with the login and password you're using directly from
Outlook Express or another standalone email program?

I seem to recall that there was something else I had to do but now I don't
recall what. If it comes to me I'll try to remember to post it.
