Dan - I think that's your problem. Set up a mailbox, configure the SMTP
protocol settings on each of your Exchange servers to send NDRs to that
mailbox, and that should keep them from accumulating in the badmail
folder. You can then use Mailbox Manager to keep that mailbox from
getting out of control size-wise.
