... you can use nearly every software wich is capable to download via POP3
and forward via SMTP.

a few examples are:
PULLMAIL, POP Beamer, popconnect, VPOP3, POPcon, POP2Exchange ........

www.msexchange.org would be a good resource to find such soft.
if you can read a little german there's also www.msexchangefaq.de.
