Hey,
Maybe try to modifiy the MTU site of your IP Stack
It can be done with a tool called drtcp.exe (Google)
Select your adapter then modifiy the MTU (Default is 1500, put 1400 and
save)
Restart the server and try again (Run drtcp.exe to be sure that your
new value are still there)
