Hi sewickleysupportpro,

I'm going to take a shot into the dark here and suggest this might be a
problem with the 'recipient policy'? In ESM, under recipients, there's a
section called recipient policies. This is responsible for several
functions...automatic addressing, some OWA functionality, but most
importantly it determines which domains you are allowed to route as inbound
for your Exchange organization. Make sure the domains you wish to accept
mail for are listed in here. You can either create multiple policies or
place all the addresses you accept for under the default policy.
Here...lemme toss you a KB article on how to use the recip policies in your
org and what they do.

Again, I'm just taking a shot in the dark. If your recip policies are set
correctly, please post back up and we'll dig deeper :)
