I just finished getting mine up successfully this past week, but it was a
front end/Back end setup so I'm not sure if I can help. I few questions,
when on the LAN and you run outlook /rpcdiag, are you connecting via HTTP or
TCP/IP? When testing mine I set the option in outlook for both fast and
slow connections to use HTTP just to see which one would be use. What kind
of errors are you getting when connecting from outside the LAN?
