Hello all,

I have an Exchange 2003 (sp1) server that has an odd authentication
issue -- as a domain admin, I'm able to get at my mailbox just fine
both through OWA and via my Outlook client. Other users, while able
to get at their mailboxes via Outlook, are prompted over and over
until they get an "HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized" message in what appears
to be the both panes of the typical OWA view.

After that fails however, if they hit refresh on their browser, it
comes up just fine, with no prompts. They're able to send, receive
and browse all their emails.

Sooo... am I missing something on the server? I've looked at kb
article 327843, and all my permissions are set according to the specs,
as well as making sure that the users have an email address in the
default domain, and the domain they actually receive email for.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
