Something you may want to look at is a product called SimpleSynch from CPS
Systems (www.cps-systems.com). I have used it in a fairly large environment
to create mail-enabled contacts for the opposing domain's mailboxes and
groups, and vice-versa.

Another tool, if you require mailboxes to be created between the two domains
and mail and calendaring to be "shuttled", is CompuSven's E-mail Shuttle
(www.compusven.com).

It depends upon the goals that you are seeking to perform. Either product
takes some configuring, but they both work well and the support is good.
Take the time to familiarize yourself with the products and determine which
one meets your needs.
